I scheduled them through a 3rd party to move my belongings from MO to GA. They were over 24 hours late for the appointment. Once they arrived they did get pack the truck in a timely manner but charged me another $300 than expected for the stairs they had to walk and items not being on the inventory that I knew I added. At that point I still needed the service since I had to move out on time. They showed up in GA and dropped my boxes in front of me with no professional apology. My bed, coat stand, and glass items were damaged. I will not be using their services again.

One of their drivers was kind enough to almost hit me when they decided to go straight from a left turn lane in Avon without looking at the traffic they were merging into. Feb 17, 2021, 5:35 pm.
No license plate on the back of the cab. Damage to the right rear mud flaps, making me think they have hit and run before.
Please hire better drivers.
