I had one of your drivers almost killed me and my family today on the interstate, because he was in such a rush he basically pushed us off the side of the road so he can continue to pass the one line of traffic on the interstate.

I hear a lot of whining, but in the end van expedite is a tough business. Bottom line is; do a good job, be honest, accept van expedite for what it is, and V3 will take good care of you. I have been with the company for three years.

The worst...don't go here....they don't know what they're doing...they set you up with really good trips first then have you sit two weeks in one spot they don't pay you even if you put in two weeks.

They made me come all the way from Michigan, driving 4 am in morning to come to their orientation at 8 am in morning. I was there until probably around 2 than went to office to do drug test than inspection was supposed to be done the the same day, called to see if I can have it another day, because the stuff they want me to buy don’t have them with me in the Van, I didn’t even know there inspection and all that. She said okay yeah sure we can do the next day I said yes, but I wasn’t thinking about the driving and time it would be too much for me. next day, because I miss misunderstood the

This company is junk...if you want to live on the road 24/7/365 and have ZERO family life, or any life at all, outside of work, then this place is definitely for you!
Spoke with the owner of the company several times, John, and in one of these conversations he said, and I quote: "work comes first, not family." This, among crummy pay, lack of routine maintenance on the truck, a DORK of a "driver manager" aka Walter, and sitting on our thumbs most of the time, are several of the reasons my wife and I quit.

They lied about pay and everything they would pay for. In the end we ended up paying for everything ourselves. They even took our last check saying we had to pay for getting their truck back to them. They are shady so you might want to do your research.

After orientation, I had to sit around for over a week, waiting for the owner to fix my truck just to make it able to drive. The truck was a real piece of spit. It had battery issues, transmission issues, and an air leak. The rear end was also wrecked. Shouldn't even be in service. On Monday, I called dispatch and told them to put me in service. I waited over 24 hours, and no calls. The next day I found out that they 'forgot' to put me in service until Tuesday. I got about a dozen load offers between Tuesday and Wednesday, but none of them went through. The dispatchers must be terrible at securing

Wow they actually demand a star they don’t deserve before u can give a review I worked for them for a year. Instead of saying something like this isn’t working out are their is a problem they starved me out. And I didn’t get paid money due me. So I’m emailing everyone customer I picked up and delivered to about how they handle business. Might or might not affect them but also getting other drivers they have screwed over 3 so far to do the same. If ur going to drive for v3 u better take every load no matter what r ur going to get screwed over they r out for themselves and themselves only

I really wouldn’t give a star at all for this company but I had to in order to do a review. I would never work for anyone as selfish as them. My spouse and I went out over the road for them a month and a half and was only paid $200. We requested home time because we were close to being evicted because no pay was given after. The recruiter Heidi is a pure liar and said she was going to call the cops because we would not bring the van back but how could we drive a van back to Michigan with no gas or money!? They would not change our fleet owners and you tried to put us in jail! They are very unprofessional
