I was nervous and anxious about some dental work I had scheduled. Irene and Dr. Hu quickly allayed my fears by reassuring me and informing me step by step the procedures that will occur. Dr. Hu even told me what to expect post-procedure. Dr. Hu is extremely knowledgeable and I feel in good hands with the staff here.

I wanted to check in with you on regards my first appointment with you yesterday. I have not had a cleaning in almost 3 years previously seen by the past dentist at this office. My office visit was less than disappointed. After I went home I thought about how my gums were not checked on the perio chart, there was no hand scaling only electric one, I did not receive a polish with paste and also I was not offered fluoride although my sensitivity was the main topic of conversation with you. I am SO thrilled with the caring staff that work at Hu Smiles in Renton! They went far above and beyond what they needed to do and got me seen day-of when I told them I was concerned with my insurance ending. I will for sure be returning and will also recommend to all of my friends in the area. Just absolutely exceptional customer service. After being pestered for payment repeatedly for a service that wasn’t even performed yet, this dentist thinks it’s okay to tell a patient’s father to shut the f&$k up and threaten to fight him when my daughter was in the chair. He flipped out because we wanted to wait until she was sedated before we went to the lobby to wait. He is so unprofessional. I’m thankful that he didn’t start the procedure and harm my child because he had some sort of issue with us questioning the process. I’ve never had a dentist demand payment prior to services rendered. He is lucky

Best dentist I’ve been to by far! Every time I go I’m greeted with smiles and great attitudes, every person that works here makes the experience worth it! Normally I’m very uncomfortable and nervous but I feel completely at ease here. I never feel rushed or “just some patient”. Hu Smiles will be my dentist for as long as I live here. 😁
