Regina started Management in the Medical Spa industry over 14 years ago and continues to strive to give clients great experiences with great results. Regina graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a degree in Advertising and a minor in Marketing.

I received both Voluma filler and botox at my visit with Jeanette M. their nurse practitioner. I've had botox before but never filler so I didn't really know what to expect. She explained everything really well including both what to expect from the procedure, what to expect in the few days after, and what I should anticipate from my results. I have to say I am so pleased with the whole process. I was really nervous about the filler- which I got in my cheeks- because I didn't want to looks like a chipmunk. I went in to get Botox for the lines between my eyes and told the tech I also need it for headaches . My first Botox appt was in Aug, paid approximately $400 . Within a month & 1/2 ,I had to have it redone as it did not work. I have had Botox before and it always lasted 3-4 months. I paid another $80.00 to re-do the same area. ( she gave me 3 free units) The tech asked me to call her back in 2 weeks to see if it worked. It did not. I went in a few weeks for a consultation, Sarah was great - very knowledgeable. A week later came in for my first Boxtox treatment, I was amazed how easy it was, only took a few minutes. A few days past, I looked in the mirror and saw WOW - I look longer and feel younger. A week later it was obvious the Botox was working. Went into for a follow up and the comparison of the pictures Sarah took of me today vs before the Botox was amazing - she stated you look years younger and was very pleased I got such a good result. I call to schedule an appointment for the first time. They were booked for the week that I wanted services okay that's fine. I ask if they have any cancellations to please advise me and I would try to make it. I get a phone call that same day AFTER HOURS, that someone cancelled last minute for the very next morning. I actually was excited to see such great prices for botox, yes there's a but!!
I read many of the reviews and it seems like maybe they need a new manager. The way she comments back is turning all the BS on the patient and the Virus(flu). As you can see in the reviews she speaks(replys) down to the patients. So good Bless you all and Merry Christmas. I will be going to where my daughter in law goes and pay the extra to be spoken to as a client and no down graded but up graded.

The worst advice and service I've ever received from any spa or medical spa. And when I let them know I was not happy the manager made an appointment that the receptionist canceled and never responded or followed up to make right.
I went in for a procedure and the tech talked me into a less expensive procedure. Less cost but no benefit. Then I went in for another procedure and the new tech talked me into an entirely different procedure. None of it worked in any way.
I have been getting Botox for more than 15 years. They do not know what they are doing. And they have an employee turnover

If I could rate this place a TEN, I would! I go to Sasha for my facials and already see improvements in my face from acne. The products are great as well, I get samples but always end up buying them because of how well they work! I highly recommend coming here. The staff in the front desk are always so sweet and welcoming as well!

Update: although I am very pleased with the people that work here, the Botox is not good and seems watered down. It didn't work for me even after going back for a touch up. I ended up going to a fantastic (and cheaper) place in California (Dr. Selene) to get the expected results from botox. I have never had issues ANYWHERE but RenewMD.
Had a bad experience with an ex employee the first time I went. Regina and her staff were wonderful and fixed the botched job the prior employee did.

Have been trying (3-days now) to schedule an appt for a chemical peel. I tried calling FridayFeb 3 and the number I had from an earlier email connected me to Dr Talbots's office but the unprofessional gal said I needed to call the Renew Office. Ok, so I call the number & no answer; no answering machine, nota! I called back and another gal ( Kathy) gave me same number & when I explained there's no answer she gave me ANOTHER number! Again, same problem. I called back and Kathy told me you HAVE to call this number as they're separate clinics. Ok, so I call Monday and again

Renew MD is great at scheduling appointments, they got me in right away. I was a little nervous for my first Botox procedure but Lauren, the medical assistant, was very helpful & gentle. She explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable. I have now scheduled more appointments for other procedures and don't plan on going anywhere else expect Renew MD!
