We are happy to announce that we are opening our offices and will begin providing services. We are taking appointments for chiropractic adjustments, new patient and returning patient medical visits, therapy, weight loss, and Botox. Massage therapy appointments will be scheduled next week. Beginning next week we will be open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays until further notice.

We are excited to be able to see our patients again and help with any health challenges you may be facing. Dr. Galyen, a licensed Chiropractor, has over 20 years of experience in treating patients and running an efficient office. He received his B.S. degree from Indiana University and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1994 from Palmer College of Chiropractic.
Services
At Health Centered Spine and Wellness, we take great pride in providing the finest chiropractic wellness care to our patients. Below is a sampling of the different chiropractic services we offer in our Greensburg and Seymour office. We provide spinal correction utilizing gentle chiropractic techniques.
A trigger point injection (TPI) is an outpatient procedure designed to reduce or relieve the back pain of trigger points. These small knots can form in muscles or in the fascia tissue. A TPI is an injection of local anesthetic, with or without steroid, into the trigger point in the muscle. A trigger point is a band of tissue within a muscle that, when pressed, causes your typical pain.
As the science of addiction medicine evolves, doctors have begun using new drugs in revolutionary ways that are changing how we think of and treat addiction. Vivitrol is a drug used to treat both opioid addiction as well as alcoholism. Since 2006, when it was first approved by the FDA for alcoholism, many patients have shown much success.
We use a "functional pain management model" in which we offer a variety of interventions in office to include: Chiropractic care, e-stim therapy, medical massage therapy, joint and trigger point injections, when appropriate DME and medication intervention. We utilize numerous interventions to aide in pain and maintain function.
Purpose: Protect your access to controlled substances, and protect our ability ti prescribe to you. Because these drugs have potential for abuse or diversion, strict accountability is necessary.

For this reason, the following policies are agreed to by you (the patient), as consideration for, and a condition of, the prescribing provider, whose signature appears below, to consider the initial and/or continued prescription of controlled substance to treat your chronic pain.
