These guys were great!!! I had some pipes leaking last year and had three different plumbers for three jobs. One did not do a very good job as the leak kept on leaking. Two others showed up then said they had to get a part then left and I called them the next day to see what happened and they said they were busy with another job. Richter Excavating were much different. They knew how much of a inconvenience to have to shut your water off then turn it on for the little time you need it. Although they were busy they fit us in. The plumbers that came to my house were very friendly and respectful. What

I couldn’t be happier knowing we have Richter Plumbing close by. We’ve used them multiple times (all different issues), and they’ve been so accommodating to each situation. The most recent visit was to install a water softener and house filtration system. They were able to talk to me about the pros and cons of buying one myself, but because I trust their expertise and advice, I went with one they sell. It’s a quality softener and will be fully covered with them for a year. It’s given me such a peace of mind knowing there’s a business that will take the time to listen, give you options

I would HIGHLY recommend Lorenz and his crew for any and all of your plumbing needs. We had a sewer line break close to the foundation which required digging up concrete to get to the line and repair it. Not only did they come out within the hour I called them, they had an estimate within a few days and came out to the house as promised. Job is complete and I am very pleased; not only with their work but their professionalism as well.

Fantastic, prompt, and very reasonably priced service from Richter Excavating and Plumbing. I HIGHLY recommend them!!! They are now my NUMBER ONE go-to Warrensburg area plumber. While I hope I never have another water leak or other plumbing problem, I feel good that — ‘just in case’ — I now have a local plumbing company that I can trust.
