Initial assessment what's about $2,700 worst case scenario. When I received the bill today it was $4,000. I've called many times trying to get a status if the job was done or not at my rental house. Never received a call back just a bill. Now I know why they never returned my call. I do not recommend using this company.
They called me back rhe next day after posting this review. I did get an explanation for the increase. Said they also plan on adding straw and seed in the spring.

Started a job and never came back to finish. Called several times and left messages but no response. Phone number provided doesn't identify business on voicemail so I can only assume it's the right one.

Had our hot water heater go out and America Home Shield contracted them to fix the problem. It was a bit difficult to contact them and they do not have a standard business outgoing phone message. That's the reason for only four stars. However, once they called me and got a repairman to me the service was great. Within 24 hours our water heater was diagnosed and replaced. Would use them again.

Watch out messy guys. They left dirty hand prints on my walls. Also the fixtures were loose & I had to fix them myself.
