Patrick first developed a love and passion for the law as a young boy, often following his Daddy, Hugh G. Baker, Jr. to court. In 2000, Patrick fulfilled a lifelong dream by becoming an attorney alongside his father! During the early years of his practice, Patrick established a successful criminal law practice, based largely upon his confidence and results in high-intensity Jury Trials.
Ashley has loved the law since she put on a suit and went to her fourth grade career day at St. Barnabas as an attorney. However, just as she was gearing up to take the LSATs, she met a handsome young attorney named Patrick Baker and her life changed forever. Ten years and two children later, Ashley is our Practice Director.

Patrick Baker told me he could help with my sons, he lies Continuously! He doesn’t communicate with his clients! He charged me 1500 to help my son get transferred from a prison to another 4 months later did not even contact my son or see him! I asked for a refund and got blocked from their messenger! He is a good talker promises he can help takes advantage of mothers trying to help their sons! Then just takes their money! Do not trust this man!!!!

So I hired Patrick Baker to help both my sons. He gave me hope and assured me he could help. He charged me 3,000 which I thought was such a relief. But the truth is he acts like he's giving you a deal. He lies! He does nothing for the clients and his communication is horrible! So save your money because he's nothing but a con artist!

With the devastating blow of the 1988 Firstmark Corporation thousands of elderly investors suffered financial havoc. What appeared to be a Ponzi scheme prompted us to seek legal assistance. If there was a negative rating, that would describe Baker Law Team, Specifically Pat Baker. He misrepresented AND overcharged our family. Lets just say, anyone else would have done a better job of representation at our hearings. The entire experience was devestating. Please do your research before hiring Pat (Patrick) Baker, I wish we would have. It was the biggest mistake of our lives.
