Marketed as luxury apartments however residential service is terrible. Loud, unrelenting, aggressive, dogs are left outside in the porch in any weather all day and night. Went to management about this, to which they replied, “we know”, call the police if it continues and shrugged the issue off. No, “we’ll handle it for you”. No “we’ll leave a written notice and take further action if it continues..”. Nothing. This dog has barked from 7am-12am for months now. Ice machines, stoves, dishwashers don’t work, and they can’t keep the same maintenance man for longer than a few weeks

Great place. Neighbors are all nice. Office staff is always helpful and makes this place feel like home. Close to everything without having to deal with crazy traffic. Being right here on the marsh is truly a plus, especially with the walking trail. Great place to live if you are in the Savannah/Richmond Hill area.

RUN, Run from this place as quickly as possible.
Nothing here ever works, not the pool, nor the trash compactor, nor the gate which is cute because there isn't a fence to actually keep people out. If something breaks they never fix it, but will fine you whenever they can.
The trailer park around the corner is nicer than this sh*thole.

My husband and I have thoroughly enjoyed living in this community! The complex has a beautiful view of the marsh and a neat walking trail that my dogs love! The complex is also in a convenient location where you can quickly get to Savannah or Pooler. Our apartment was exactly as promised. The office and maintenance staff have always been super friendly and helpful! This is a great place to live!

My wife and I have been here since March, and we are very pleased. The staff is nice and always works hard to make sure that you are happy with your home. Having kayak access to the Little Ogeechee river inside the complex is really nice too. Overall we have been very happy with our time spent here.

We called upon our journey here & they said word for word, "Apartment is ready for yall.… Be sure to be here before 6 or you won't be able to get in" SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
We signed a couple weeks ago for a garage. Upon arrival they tell us they do not have one... It's been a total disaster here.
The apartment is NOT BEAUTIFUL inside. The photos online are HIGHLY EDITED! BE WARNED that's not what you get.
Master blinds were broken. Contact webs everywhere. Floors dirty

When we first took a tour of the place, it seemed decent and the models looked nice. They said it would take about two weeks for it to be ready. When we finally moved, we were immediately disappointed. One of the showers barely has running water with zero pressure, and the kitchen faucet also doesn’t run a ton of water and leaks. In addition, the painting on the walls looks like it was just smeared on, there is scratches on the walls, plus a hole through my guest bedroom door. We have asked plenty of times for them to fix everything, but the only thing they have fixed was the leaking faucet,

So i applied here thinking it was amazing, but unfortunately I did not get approved. But following that I've tried to get my $200 back for the application fee which I was told I would get back by three different people and it is on the paperwork they sent home with me. On my fourth call trying to get my money back they decided to tell I won't be getting my money back because their corporate office doesn't want them doing that anymore. And Alexis said that they said that because they thought I would be but I won't be and because it doesn't say it on the application it doesn't matter. I would not

Its not safe and the price is very very expensive and high . I payed 1265 for 2 bed rooms oh ... for 3 years and no update The parking lot is always full and a lot of stranger cars No good customer service The front office is unprofessional The pool is full from strangers and .... The gate is open for anybody The buildings and stairs are dirty The trash is never pick up at the right time No free wifi hhhhh I waist my money and my time with them cause they dont answer my call

On the surface this place looks nice and promising, but if you can avoid it I recommend you do so.
To start off, the Staff is inconsistent and for the most part incompetent and uninvested. They will not help… you, instead they listen to your problems and dismiss them with no solution.
Here is what a move in ready apartment looks like (see pictures) they took about a month and a half to fix everything wrong and still expected to be paid. On top of the poor state of the apartment, they charge 100 dollars or more for water/ sewage per unit. Tac on 25 for trash, 5 for pests, and how ever much

You pay for a gated community, yet the gate has not worked in over a year. The leasing staff intentionally leaves out details concerning fees during the contract, and at the end of the contract, and is rude when confronted about it. The parking situation is absolutely horrible, you may park several buildings away from your actual building. The… county inspection fees have not been paid several times in my 2 year stay causing the pool to be closed for weeks at a time during the sunny spring and summer. I would not recommend this property to anyone

Ever since management was switched things have been awful. Our fridge has stopped cooling 4 times and they just give us the runaround and say they will keep monitoring it. Meanwhile I’ve thrown away about $400 worth in groceries. In December when the fridge went out one maintenance worker said he would order us a new fridge since it was an issue… but he has since left the company and the new one won’t acknowledge that he put in for a new fridge for us. If you’re looking for somewhere where the office staff cares it certainly isn’t here. Sad because until management

We recently moved in and I would definitely say that the maintenance is lacking. The apartments could be little cleaner. When we first took the tour we were shown a few apartments. Before we moved in I had ask to see the apartment we were getting and was told it was not ready. I did not realize we were given a handicapped apartment. It wasn't till… me moved in that I noticed the larger doorways, double peep holes on the door and the toilets that sit weird.I haven't even been here two weeks and someone had taken my cats.
