I dropped it off the day before a holiday(Thursday) so the earliest they could look at my laptop would be that next Tuesday which was totally understood. I received a call that Tuesday being advised that my motherboard needs replaced. The motherboard?
Hmmm, It was just returned from Acer, who said it was the LCD screen that needs repaired but it wasn't covered in my warranty...so I bought it to them for a quote because Acer was too high, I thought.
When I told him what they said, he politely said he would call me back, which he did that day. Apologized and said I was right... mentioned something

Andrew is a very professional tech who knows how to, not only assess the problem, but communicate the reason for it and the solution to fix it. These people are honest and don't hesitate to be up front with what is reasonable and what is not. I will definitely use them again.

Although I rarely do reviews I wanted to WARN people about taking their computer to this computer repair shop. The staff were OK but had no intentions of providing assistance once they knew our computer was under warranty with Lenovo. Wasted trip, wasted time, I highly recommend going somewhere else!

Everyone at MP Computers is very courteous and professional. My computer was over heating, it was the fan and a couple of keys were sticking so I had my keyboard replaced as well. I was very satisfied with the repairs to my computer and the prices.
