My positive experience began when I walked into Computer CPR. I felt like I was in an doctor's office--organized and professional. I was greeted quickly and we quickly got down to registering my needs. I was told details regarding procedures, costs, and timing for services. I had a diagnosis the next day and estimated time needed for the service. Everything proceeded as promised. My computer works like new and I would definitely return should I need more services in the future.

I was having issues with my PC after attempting a windows update. They charge a $50 diagnostic fee which I was ok with. They said that they needed to reinstall windows and do a data backup (which are both very simple to do.) They quoted me $200 for the windows install and $100 for the data backup. These prices are very high and not worth the money as both are very easy to complete at home. I did it myself and now my PC is fine.

I have never posted any comments about companies or services but felt I needed to with my recent computer services with this company. I understand that things are not certain with repairs and when told they couldn't clone my hard drive I was OK with that, But when told they would copy all my files and reinstall new OS and my copied files, I expected that would be done.. I had close to 300 G of data mostly pictures ,videos and 50 some G of doc's.
When I got computer back and set up the only thing they transferred was the 50G of doc's. Went back and was told that was all they saw!!!

Have taken computers there running Microsoft and Apple systems on several occasions. They could not have been nicer to deal with!!. Service was fast and our work was completed on time as promised. Took time to answer our questions and making sure we understood what they did. They are definitely a "go to" store for computer issues!!!
