Shipping containers are available. We offer a complete range of ocean freight services for all types of consolidated cargo shipments or full-container loads, full and partial charters, roll-on/roll-off, and barge cargo transportation.
When importing goods, the shipment must clear Customs properly. As a licensed Customs Broker, Terra Global Logistics, or its designated agent, can clear the goods through Customs and have the shipment delivered to its final destination. For every shipment entering the United States, there are about five-hundred (500) pages of Customs regulations and thousands of tariff items.
As contract freight haulers, Terra Global Logistics' Inland Freight Division provides door-to-door ground freight transportation to almost all cities in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. I used Terra Global to clear items coming from Lebanon to Miami. Lorenzo was professional at first, however once the items were received, I had to spend most of my time on the phone with customs to clear the items myself. All Lorenzo did was file the electronic document required but never followed up on anything. I spent 5 days calling customs, the port, the shipping company, etc. He was not helpful at ALL! He ended up charging me $10,000 for practically nothing! in addition to the port charges.
