Just moved out to Irvine and had to find a new local dentist to have.. and was experiencing a lot of pain on the right side of my mouth. The staff here is impersonal and the receptionists do not care to be friendly with patients. I've been here twice and have decided not to come back.
My cleanings feel rushed and the last time I went they missed a few teeth while flossing and were very rough, making the floss hit my gums really hard. No well-trained dental hygienist should let those things happen.

I've been to this dental office several times now and each experience has been wonderful. They offer two cleanings and x-rays for about $200, which is a great deal. I wish they took my insurance but it's such a great place that I don't mind paying for the cleanings. The hygienist was so thorough on my latest cleaning, I left feeling confident that my teeth were taken care of. Dr. Jorgenson is great, I've never had a dentist spend so much time checking my teeth. The best dentist I have ever been to! Everyone is so warm and friendly and fast!!! The office staff is incredible as well whether it be reminding you of your appointments consistently and just all around making things a lot easier for the client. I do all my cleanings there and they have me in and out quickly which is important for me to get back to work. My teeth have never been in better condition!! Just finished an Invisalign treatment and chose to pay monthly which made it a no brainer for me. They do zoom whitening here as well!!

Wonderful experience, I'm new to the area and I have had really painful experiences in the past with several dentists and was incredibly apprehensive going in but both the dentist and technician were kind and empathetic. I know I have a lot of dental issues to overcome and the dr was concise in explaining things without pressuring me and gave me a lot to ponder on. The cleaning was definitely less painful than usual which I really appreciated, I'm thankful and relieved I found this dental office and definitely recommend you give him a try...

I have been seeing Dr. Jorgensen for almost two years now. I have referred friends to him as well and we all have had the same experience. You can't go wrong here! The team is fantastic at their jobs and all so sweet.
I was recently told I had to have one of my teeth removed. I was terrified due to my experiences as a child. Dr. Kevin Coppelson, MD and Oral Surgeon was doing the procedure who I had never met which made me even more anxious. I should have known they only have the best here. In and out in thirty minutes, barely felt a thing and he was also just as kind as the rest.

The whole process was quick and easy. The staff are friendly and professional. The office is super clean and they use newer technology. I didn't have to wait for my appointment. The staff is very professional and friendly. The first time I went here I was pregnant and they were great about getting the necessary approval/paperwork from my OBGYN to get me in for a cleaning. Cleanings are done using those high powered waterpik tools, which feels (and sounds) waaayyy better than the old school scraping. Great experience every time I go.

When it came time for me to be seen there was no judgment or shaming before, during, or after the evaluation which meant alot to me.
