So many people say how much of a headache it is to find the perfect home and it never made sense to me. You like it? Is it within budget? Done! Fortunately for me, I still don't understand it fully thanks to my amazing realtor, and now friend, Fernanda Thomas. She took care of everything, and I mean EVERYTHING!! For me, each day was more exciting than the next. From the moment we started searching for our forever home to the moment papers were signed. Fernanda Thomas did a great job helping us to buy a new house. She was great with negotiations especially when the seller was being very difficult. She got all documentation to us very quickly.
