We have been a tenant of 777 Properties since 2012. Management has always been responsive to our needs throughout the years. The properties are clean and well kept. I would recommend 777 Properties if you are looking for office space in the Margate area.

Filthy Building - inside! Shared areas are disgusting & not well kept. Bathrooms are gross, show no regard for care of health to tenants and their clients & should be reported to the Dept of health. The hallways are lackluster with no design & makes you feel like your in a hospital! Management does not care about tenants once they sign their contract & What you get for the high rental price is not worth it. Will never rent from them again!
