I can't say I have a ton of experience with locksmiths, but Liberty Locksmith was quick, attentive and reasonable in prices. They showed up less than an hour after our initial call to replace the lock on the breezeway between our houses. I won't get into the details of why our breezeway lock needed to be replaced at midnight on a Thursday, but it involves a stubborn lock, a pissed off boyfriend and a broken key.

I called to have a lock cylinder replaced. They came out quickly and replaced the lock for a whopping 275.00 but I needed it fixed right away. 6 weeks later the lock is in worse shape than when they fixed it and of course when I call back to get help, they don’t call back. I looked more closely at the customer comments and I think they pay for 5 star reviews. Also their website is slick and corporate. Stay away from this company. Try South Phila Locksmith. I had a positive experience with Mike.

Although the charge was a bit high, the customer service and wait time was amazing. Got locked out my car, Tony arrived within 30 minutes and the whole process didn’t even last more then 10 minutes which alleviated my stress and allowed me to go back and enjoy my time. Would recommend to anyone who is in a jam.
