I have worked with Shelly twice now since 2012 and can say she is the best in Austin. She helped me buy my first house when I was 24, which can be a very confusing and difficult process if you are not working with the right lender. Shelly sat with me every step of the way and walked me through everything. She did such a good job explaining things, that three years later when I bought another house, I knew what everything was. I feel lucky to have Shelly on my side.. Im not a numbers guy and she made me feel comfortable about the loan process.. I own my own business, so getting a home loan is complicated.. UPDATE: We had a bumpy ride when attempting to get a mortgage with all of the restrictions placed on homeowners wanting to participate in these good rates. In addition to all of the additional requirements, everyone is attempting to receive these rates as well.
Shelly worked diligently to help us and make sure we were credited in areas we needed it the most. She wanted to rectify the situation, only to find out we went too far with the Dave Ramsey program, and taking the time to rebuild our credit in hopes to participate in these great rates.

Shelly helped us with a mortgage when we were under a time constraint to buy a home AND saved us some money as well. We found a home in Cedar Park and closed within 2 weeks. Shelly made the process of our refi SO easy I can't believe I didn't do it earlier (although if I had, I wouldn't have gotten the amazing rate she found for us)...she was so helpful and didn't require unnecessary items just for the sake of making us gather them. When faced with a couple of different cost options, Shelly gave her honest opinion about which one would be the best deal for US, not her. Her office is easily accessible, 99% of the documents can be completed online, and she makes it very clear that she truly cares about her customers!
