Items are received, sorted and assigned a unique shipment reference for tracking. An initial inventory is prepared and serial numbers are scanned into our Inventory Management System (IMS). All devices are secured in our state-of-the-art facility for further processing. All items are tracked in our IMS by serial number (ESN).
Our facility has multiple audits performed every year including a legal compliance audit, data clearing audit and and audit to confirm that we are conforming to the Standards to which we are certified.
