Our experience with the Courtland Group has gone really well! I’ve dealt with a few rental companies, and many do not have the resident’s interest in mind. We’ve hit a few bumps in our time at our apartment with the courtland group (I accredit most of this to the fact we were the first ones to live in our building/unit), but the response to our issues was nothing but helpful! Rachal and Keith were very helpful with any issues we had, and now the apartment is great! We love the look of our unit and the location is amazing. My only complaint is the walls are pretty thin, but even that could
