Let me tell you about how Laurel Strozier (at Trotta Montgomery) not only found me the perfect home, she was my RELOCATION SAVIOR!
ME: Buying from out of state, closing from out of state, and wanting a house with character in a neighborhood to match (having never been to Knoxville).

I cannot recommend Laurel Strozier enough!
I messaged her one night basically saying "Hey, I'm not ready to buy a house, but would you mind showing a few to me?" We all know that many realtors won't give you the time of day if you aren't ready to buy, but she took me on! Little did I know, the second home I looked at was MINE and she helped me snag it in 30 days!
Laurel is calm and collected, and will respond to your irrational and frantic texts at any time of the day! She is incredibly trustworthy, and when she doesn't know the answer to something, she contacts whoever she needs to.

Jennifer Montgomery was great to work with. My son was looking for a house in Park Ridge. Her knowledge of the inventory and market values was impressive, and she got him a great deal on a house that required some TLC. Tracie was AMAZING. My husband and I had what felt like a crazy home-buying process, but she never hesitated to be helpful and reassuring. She went above and beyond in so many ways to make sure we were able to close the deal on our first house. She was knowledgable, honest, so fun to be around, and a total advocate - everything you want in someone helping you buy a home! Jennifer Montgomery has shepherded us through two house purchases and one house sale in the past ten years. What I like about her is that she did not try to "sell" us on every house we saw. She was present to answer questions and was always responsive, but she allowed and encouraged us to explore on our own until we found "the one." She is also an expert on local architecture and the history of Knoxville neighborhoods.
