We have recently moved to a wonderful complex... and out of The Clusters. Here is my recap of the stay at The Clusters.
- The water gets shut off almost weekly for some type of repair.
- The grounds keeping is lacking in integrity.
- There is an apparent problem with narcotics in and around the facility.
- Although the primary manager is pleasant, the other person in the front office is shockingly rude and disturbingly clear that she has no concern for your satisfaction with the property.
- Upon move in, you will likely be told that the carpet in the apartment is always replaced. Do not assume

Just moved to Ft Worth from the clusters in Midland and have nothing but good things to say. Loved my living space for the price compared to the rest of Midland, I believe the Clusters is the sweet spot. A+ location. A+ management, always so helpful. A+ maintenance, always got done on time. Great pool area. Loved the parcel pending system. Love the little partnership they have with grande communications, who were always great with me. Would recommend to anyone looking for affordable apartments in Midland. Also washer dryer included is always a plus.

BEWARE. This used to be a great place. I’m not really sure what’s happened in the past year but it’s really gone down hill. Loud neighbors, unkempt grounds, and slow maintenance. Recently moved out and was slapped with crazy extra charges over and above the deposit. I’m not a messy person or neglectful renter. They’re in it to make money even if they have to be sketchy to do it. I know it can be hard to find housing in Midland sometimes but I would really encourage you to look elsewhere!

Nice apartments. Maintenance staff is nice. ONE of the front office girls is nice. The other one is NOT. Had a couple dumb mishaps due to poor communication between the office staff. Like one of them giving our parking spot that we had already chosen AND paid for to another tenant because they did not check the records. Then tried to tell US we would need to pick a new spot, until we complained and said THEY should own up to their mistake with the other tenant and correct it. We also faced outrageous costs when we moved out. We anticipated some but some seemed excessive. For what you pay, and how

I have read so many negative comment about The Clusters and its just upsetting. Most of the time people complain about things that they are either told about before they move in, or about regulations set due to COVID that are not able to be controlled or altered by the staff here. The apartments themselves are very nice for this being a slightly older complex. You feel right at home here, I'm not sure why this place has different vibe than other complexes in the area, but it has a very good and home like vibe. When you're given a base rent, there are a few additional fees that are added monthly

I moved to the area 2 years ago and really wanted to live at The Clusters. Back then there was nothing available and it was out of my price range. Now that things in the oilfield have tapered off, I have gotten my chance. I moved in 2 months ago!!! The office staff were so friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys have been extremely helpful. I love being able to sit on my patio with my cup of coffee and look at all the trees and grass. It reminds me of home.

I am so glad I moved into the Clusters! It has been the best decision that I have made in a long time. The office makes me feel like I am part of the family. They know me and my dog's name when we walk in the front door and always have a treat for her. The property is a little older but if you are one of the lucky ones like me you have an apartment that has been redone to look new.
