Our program acknowledges the uniqueness of all children. Our educators facilitate each child's growth by providing rich and stimulating activities. Balanced to provide opportunities in all educational areas, our program offers carefully planned learning centers. These concrete experiences promote cognitive and social skills and encourage self-esteem.
Learning starts in infancy, long before formal education begins, and continues throughout life. Early learning begets later learning and early success breeds later success. Early childhood interventions of high quality have lasting effects on learning and motivation. The interactive inuences of genes and experience shape the developing brain.
Our Toddlers program uses hands-on and social interaction in safe, engaging surroundings to help your three and four year olds learn about their expanding world. Through the guidance of our early childhood development professionals, toddlers enjoy learning experiences that promote their blossoming independence and social skills, and foster self-confidence.
Please still come for your tour, visit our site and get to know us. Before you come for the tour, we will let you know if we have openings. If we do not have an opening at the time of your tour, we will email you a packet to fill out, giving us information on your child and the day's and hours you are needing for care with your desired start date.
Our professionals strive to maintain the highest standards of teaching. We believe professional development provides teachers with new skills and information on current issues. Our staff will consist of Early Learning educators that will be interning with us to help them with their Early Childhood Education career.

I cannot say enough great things about Greg and Susan. They are amazing with the kids and really do treat them like their own. My grandson has been going there for about 6 months and we couldn’t be happier. He has made friends and is completely comfortable there. I love it because I can go to work and don’t worry all day. I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else and wish I found them sooner.

I’m not sure what the parent above was talking about but we have never had a problem with Susan or Greg.
We have been taking our daughter to smart start for over 2 years now without a single issue.
I had no relation to the school before we sent our daughter, but we have become pretty close to the owners.
No child care facility is perfect but it’s a great place to bring your children and it’s a place that my wife and I would recommend!

As a parent I want to warn you to stay away from this school. We had a terrible experience with them when we lived in Oregon earlier this year. It was only today that my daughter told me how bad it was. We have reported them to the Department of Children and Families but we felt that we owed it to everyone to let anyone considering this place for their children to stay away. I can't go into more details than that.
