Oh my god please don't rent here, for each apartment they only provide one parking spot. The free parking in front is always full, they lawn 3-4 times really early in the morning so if you work graveyard you won't be able to sleep. There's roaches and ants. Also vandalization on cars and theft is so high on the street parking. Some cars always get break in to or just vandalized. Don't rent

Amazingly the worst place you can chose to live, when you come to see a home they show nothing but small appliances and when asked about the apartment they were uncertain. Also, When asked about the installation on the floorboards they said It’d be fix but I’ve been here for 3 weeks and ants are coming in and out of my walls. I had to take it upon myself to call an exterminator. All in all a real bad place to rent, I’d offer living in a dump if your comfortable living with this many pest.

This place was a disaster before they changed management. But with this new management they have now is absolutely amazing! The ladies that are in the office are incredible. They are very helpful and make this place an amazing place to live. They have cleaned up the complex and are fixing the parking which is AMAZING!! The apartments are beautiful and are at a good price. Hands down one of the best places I have lived. Moved into a COCKROACH infestation.
Nearly 12 roaches in our fridge! And I already signed the lease :( Angela is completely unprofessional and has no idea how to do her job.
Edit: some? It was an awful infestation. Look at the pictures I took. I found dozens of dead cockroaches throughout the cubbords and carpet.

Decent home. Love the balcony and the place is nice. Small but nice. My problem is the neighbors. We literally had a nosey neighbor walk into our house and tell us about our son like she was his family, and then take an extra interest in us and when we refused to give her attention she lied to the school principal and cops making up things about how our son lives on the balcony. Another neighbor found my rent money order that dropped and ransomed it for $100. When i asked the front desk if this was legal they basically said im lucky the guy gave me it for that cheap. Property is dirty which caused us to have cockroaches. We were very clean but had disgusting neighbors and they never seemed to get penalized for being so dirty. Trash was all over the sidewalks. Maintenance was very nice and helpful. Office staff seemed overwhelmed in turn caused them to not care. The air conditioning did not work even after it was worked on.

While living here at hidden hills I hated majority of the time spent because of how my family was treated and the rates over here are not worth living here. Everyone of my rates through power, rent, and insurance how sky rocketed and me and my family barely survive month by month. Never choose to live here find somewhere else unless you like getting screwed over.

The manager Monica doesn't stand a chance being manager. I once asked to get help with my kitchen drain because it wasn't functioning well, and she said maintenance will be there and now it's been a whole month of me waiting. The office is also unattended and none of the residents get help. Poor quality of a manager and staff. I've talked to a staff member once and they claimed to also hating the system in the apartments, and they agreed on management being too strict as if it was "high quality" community.
