We use them all the time for our trip to the airport or to come back home. This company is absolutely perfect to reduce the stress before a trip. They are always on time to pick you up. Their cars are always clean and comfy, drivers always polite and helpful with the luggage. Their rates are always reasonable and we love it.

Lately it the service/reliability has dropped off. My business has a corporate account and has had issues with the last 3 of 3 reservations.
The latest was last week. Had a reservation for 11:00OM, for which I received a confirmation email. However, the car hadn't arrived by 11:15 so I called to check status. Was told somehow the reso didn't hit their system and that they had no drivers available. They offered no solution (what about sending an Uber and covering the charge?). So, now 20 minutes after the car should have been at my house I was left scrambling to find a solution.

Great a communication, I had no problem communicating with Earnest to set up a pick up day & time for a Birthday brunch & wine tasting day. We used the living social deal, super affordable. Our limo driver was awesome, he was nice enough to help us take a million photos! I would use this company again forsure!

We purchased the $120 for 4 hour limo ride on livingsocial for our napa trip. We had such a great time that we had to extend for another hour! Gratuity + fees was about $87 and each additional hour was $110 (everything included). Our driver, Sunny (?), was punctual and friendly. He took us to our destinations and was always ready whenever we called for pickup. Ernesto, the sales manager, was also easy to talk to when we had to book this trip. Everything went smoothly and I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any events!

Our driver was 30 minutes late to take us to SFO. We had to call several times to find out where he was, and the driver made up various excuses about his GPS not working. We live five minutes (and only three turns) off the freeway, so it's not exactly rocket science.
To the driver's credit, he took $30 off the fare, but it's not a worthwhile tradeoff if it means you're going to miss your flight. To cap it off, when I asked for a receipt, the driver said he couldn't give me one, but could mail one to me. Seriously?

I ordered a limo from for my girlfriends from Chicago as a surprise and it went smooth!
L5S saved me in front of my friends who I didn't have time to pick up because of last minute changes. So I looked up limo services in bay area and this one was looked reasonable. They obviously have different cars and limos so i ordered a limo and as they promise the car was clean, driver professional and really helpful (made sure to pick up my friends without any problems with locating, timing especially, gps, or dropping off).

Bought a livingsocial deal for 120 for 4 hours stretch limo service which clearly states within 150 of the walnut creek area. I called to book only to be told this is not true and that it's 25 miles with 94116. They would not honor what they posted on livingsocial!

I couldn't be happier with this service. This trip to OAK + SF was the first time using the hybrid airport transport service. When I arrive in OAK with a companion, I usually take a cab to the BART station, and then make my way to the city. Given that I was flying solo and arriving late at night, I wanted to make sure that I arrived to the city safely. Yelp pointed me in the right direction with Limo 5 Star!
I booked the day before I arrived. I made phone reservations and prepaid in advance. I was told that a driver would be tracking my flight and would text and call me upon landing. Sure

We used Limo 5 Star for a recent trip to Napa. In the beginning, it seemed that everything was arranged with no problems. However, the problems began when that day and have continued ever since. I'm sure they do well for short drives to the airport but when driving for hours in Napa, they lack. Our driver was pleasant and courteous but we were all girls with heels. Since they gave us an SUV, we had to repeatedly ask for him to help us out of the car (once or twice is understandable but it got old really fast). Then, when we knew the correct route, he would unfortunately not pay attention

On a recent trip back to the East cost, I called L5S because the limo service I used in the past is no longer servicing my area. I called these people for the first time a few days before needing a ride from San Ramon to the San Francisco airport. They quoted a very good price (better than most others.
Right on time, they show up at the house in a new, clean, high end town car and the trip to the airport was pleasant. On our return trip, a driver was patiently waiting in the cell phone call area and ready to pick us up. Again

It's 4:00am. I need to get to SFO from FiDi for a god-awful early flight. There are no cabs near my hotel. Fortunately I'm across the street from a real hotel [that cares about guests]. I walk over and ask about a cab. The doorman asks if I would be OK with a town car. I'm up for anything that gets me to the airport. Limo 5 Star shows up a few minutes later and we're off.
The driver is nice and knows how to drive. [Sadly I've taken enough cabs in my life to see the spectrum.] The car is roomy and comfortable. Everything is coming up roses.

Found Limo 5 Star on Yelp with great reviews. Used them (hybrid) on return flight from SFO to the South Bay a few weeks ago. My flight landed an hour late. They were well aware of this because they track flights..whew!
Very convenient as my driver was in the cell phone waiting lot. After I picked up my luggage, I called and he came to the terminal in a manner of minutes. Car was clean and comfortable. Driver was friendly and professional.
I will definitely use them again!

As a working professional I have taken many private limo/cabs in NYC, but my experience with Limo 5 Star in San Francisco exceeded my wildest expectations. I had contacted Sunny the owner of Limo 5 Star a day prior to arriving in San Francisco and he was extremely accommodating on my travel arrangements while providing exceptional customer service.
Since I was traveling with my family of four I decided to order an SUV for a comfortable ride to our hotel from the airport in the financial district. Their rate was less than the cost of a shared ride for four passengers using the airport Super Shuttle

Wow! Just wow! What exceptional service this company provides. Sam was simply awesome with handling all of our needs.
We used this company for arrival to and from the SFO airport. Sam went above and beyond to make our transition to and from the airport as smoothly as possible. I only had to mention one time that we needed a car seat for our 3 year old. He made sure one was provided for us. Sam also provided videos for our 3 year old to watch to keep her entertained while driving. That was very nice. The Suburban was very clean and very classy. It was also very comfortable.
