Irwan was wonderful! He was on time picking us up and the car was very nice and clean. He was very engaging and pleasant to speak to along the drive. He took his time driving, which I appreciate since it made a beautiful and pleasant drive. We attended a dinner in Napa. Epic Limousine was pre-booked as part of the experience.

I have used Epic since prior to Covid and just started traveling again, so naturally I went back to Epic. My first ride with them post Covid was a horrible experience and I did write a review on Yelp. Got a call from Irwan to ask if my ride was really that bad. I told him about my experience and he apologized and said he would do more training. I decided to give them another chance since I had more travels. The two rides after that conversation were wonderful. The drivers were kind and considerate. Showed up a few minutes early, helped with my bags and my 6 year old grandson. I was sure

I used them to shuttle my wedding party to various different photo locations. I was provided with excellent customer service from the people in the office who helped arrange the rental and from the driver. They were by far the most affordable option when I compared them to 4 other estimates I received from other local limousine rentals. I will be using them again for future rental needs.

The booking process was super easy and customer service was on point with answering all my questions. Epic Limousine had continuous communication with me throughout the entire time of before, during and after my reservation. Our driver Sky arrived on time with the sprinter van we reserved. The vehicle was clean and they provided a cooler with ice for our drinks. Sky was friendly and courteous. The entire service was excellent!

I booked two limos at the beginning of October for my boyfriends birthday. One was epic limo and I wish I would've booked both nights with Epic Limos. They were priced right and Sam was amazing and went above and beyond. He was communicative, kind and just all around awesome. I highly recommend using them for any limo needs. I'm so glad I found Epic Limousine! We were a group of 9 to do a round trip limo from San Francisco downtown to St. Helena for wine tasting during Labor Day weekend. Epic Limousine was able to accommodate our needs.

I just rented a 20+ passenger van thru Epic Limousine and the customer service was fantastic. I would highly recommend them. They had a great price versus their competitors and made adjustment to schedule without complaint. We asked for snacks to be provided and they provided whatever we asked for. They are simply fabulous.

We booked Epic Limo for our wedding photo shoot session. It was a 6 hour photo shoot trip from 3pm to 9pm at 4 different locations around the SF area. Since both my husband and I will be dressed up and it'll be hard to move around, we decided to book a Limo.
I messaged a bunch of diff business, and Epic's Limo's response was the best. First they were very prompt. Second, they took time to read my note, and suggested that, given our needs, instead of a stretch limo (which will be hard to drive around the city), we should get a SUV. That really stands out

I booked Epic Limo for my transportation needs for my wedding this past weekend 5.29.21. I ordered a party bus, and a passenger shuttle. The drivers were very nice/professional and prompt on their drop off / pickup times. My hotel/reception was in San Rafael, and the church ceremony was in San Francisco. Both drivers were able to get us to and from the places safely and on time. Weddings can be very hectic but if you go with them you do not need to worry about your guests arriving on time. If you are looking for transportation needs, look no further!

I spoke with my daughter after the Prom and they said everything was great and Oscar was terrific all night on being there when the kids moved form the Prom location to a restaurant and then back home.
