BUYER BEWARE: If you can do not use Moscardelli Movers, 709 N. Lincoln Ave., Springfield, Illinois. I used them for a recent move (2021) and they damaged my furniture. They dirtied my box spring, broke a handle on my drawer, and broke the leg off of my dining room table. Due to their insurance the owner wanted to only give me $30.00. NEVER AGAIN…

3 men arrived, one was a 15 year old who constantly rolled his eyes when given direction. They couldn’t take anything that they felt needed strapped down saying they have no straps which seems odd for a moving company. They dented a new wall with their dolly which the older man said he would come and repair (have never seen his return). My adjustable base to my bed is filthy. You can see their dirty handprints all over it. I have made several calls to them and return calls. Remember people, you get what you pay for. Never will use this company again!!!!

The truck pulled up and I was greeted with immediate attitude from the driver. He then proceeded to give me more attitude as he viewed all my boxes. Please note that when I called to schedule my move, I answered all the questions asked of me, one of which was clarifying that I was moving out of the house. The driver stated my list provided only stayed furniture. I let him know I did not make the list and suggested he call his boss. He came back stating, "we will fit what we can." Needless to say, they did a horrible job of packing up the truck and we ended up needing to move 3 trailers

I used Moscardelli to do a load only. I had a rather large 20 ft truck. The two gentlemen showed up on time and were professional. They packed the truck to a science, which made it easy to unload at my final destination. The price was also very affordable too. Thank you Moscardelli.

Terrible experience with these people. First of all they were 2.5 hours late from when they told me they would be there. Because of this, we missed an important meeting with the facility we were moving to. Called several times to see where they were and it appeared they were screening calls. Had to leave a message then they would call back a few minutes later. Very lame apology for being so late, then we asked to negotiate rate due to being late and causing us to miss appointment, said no. Wouldn't even discuss it.

I hired a moving company and they cancelled on me last minute. I contacted Moscardelli Moving, told them of my situation and they saved the day, my move and my sanity. They were available when I needed them, showed up on time and were really pleasant to work with. They were careful with my belongings, loaded and unloaded efficiently and respectfully! I would recommend them and would definitely use them again if needed!! Thank you for your help and making my move less stressful.

They were absolutely amazing! The Two men did an amazing job. They definitely worked hard and fast. I would use this service again in a heart beat.
I will say that they won't cover damage to items made of pressed wood (This wasn't an issue for me but I think people would prefer to know that when looking around).
If you have a lot of furniture ask if they have anyone that can work with the two guys and what the extra fee would be.

We’ve used this company twice and both times have been very pleased. The movers are professional, polite, hard working, and careful. They stay busy and don’t waste time. I’m really surprised to see negative reviews online. We’ve got nothing but wonderful things to say!

I would not use this mover. They were moving my furniture to a storage unit. I didn't discover until 10 months later when I wanted move the furniture out of storage that they did not deliver the glass shelves to a large curio cabinet. I called talked to Linda who said she'd lol in warehouse and call me back. No call back so I went to see her in person and she said she'd been sick. She took my phone number again and said she'd call me the next day. No call again. Oh, and her crew asked for a tip. If I'd read all these reviews I would not have chosen them!!!

Worst possible experience ever. NEVER, I repeat, NEVER use this service. They were 3 hours late. Impossible to coordinate and get arrival time established. Sitting and waiting, without call backs from them. Upon arrival, price was substantially more than what was quoted on the phone (50% higher than quoted). When tried to discuss rate, they walked off without discussion or doing the job! Horrible experience.

DO NOT HIRE THIS MOVING COMPANY.
They were a complete no show. So I had to call the company probably 5 times and got a voicemail every time. After I threatened them with legal action via voicemail, they showed up - HOURS LATE WITH NO NOTICE. At that point, we had already had to make emergency calls for help to stay on schedule so that the movers on the OTHER end of the three hour drive to where we were going would be there.
Then when we got to where we were moving to - our entire schedule had been thrown off.Do not - do NOT - use this company.
