Underfanger coordinated the transport and oversaw the delivery of multiple furniture items from my mother's home in Washington state to our apartment in Springfield. The two men who moved the furniture into our apartment, Don and Chris, did a spectacular job. First off, they arrived right within the appropriate time window - no waiting around or phone calls with excuses for late delivery. Hired Underfanger Moving for assist in a planned interstate move, and it was a very smooth experience. Moving is never fun or easy. They worked diligently to make their pick up and drop off days meet my needs. The crew was always professional. They arrived with my things as planned. They took care with the items. Having done a few interstate moves in my life, I wish I had used Mayflower before. If I ever moved again, that's who I would call. I always felt I could trust them, which is a big deal when you're putting everything you own on a moving van.
