We have the ability to test for the 18 Major pathogenic parasites that have been known to contaminate water supplies. Analysis of sludge/compost for viable Helminth ova is offered as part of the parasite testing program. Performing evaluations of foreign materials found in water, soil, food, ect. Benchmark has the most helpful and friendliest staff. They have always gone above and beyond to help me with my inspection needs. Their reports are easy to read and always timely. Many times with purchasing a home, we have tight timelines (especially in this recent market), and Benchmark has done amazing work to help us get our reports by the deadline. Tim Thomas gave a 5 star review and he is one of their employee's He did the water test on my house twice.
I'm selling my house and Benchmark did a water test. Failed two times. They took the water from the kitchen sink and the bathroom. A new company came out and took the water from the tap at the pressure tank and my test came back with no problem. I was told by at least 5 people the you should never take water from the kitchen sink or bathroom because of the amount of bacteria that is in the screens.
THIS IS A GOOD ONE! The first buyer on my house backed out because the inspector failed my

My husband and I are purchasing our first home and had Linkhorn conduct the home inspection. On the website, we opted for the well and septic testing with the expectation that if chemicals were found in the ground water, or any visual signs of failure on the septic system were found, they would be included in the report. Linkhorn did a thorough inspection and Steve, the gentleman I spoke with, explained that they outsourced the well and septic testing to Benchmark Environment Labs, and I'd get that report in several days. I did, but the paperwork contained almost no information or notes, 2 pictures
