Keith Caywood, the owner of Caywood Builders, is a lifelong resident of Tennessee. Shortly after graduating from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in business administration he started his home building business and has been a licensed contractor for over 17 years.
Keith is only one of a handful of builders in Middle TN area who have obtained the coveted Certified Professional Builder (CPB) designation from the Rutherford County Home Builder Association.Also, Keith has earned the designations from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) of Certified Green Builder, Certified Graduated Builder, & is a proud member if an NAHB Builder 20 Group.

At Caywood Builders, our goal is to make the process of building your new home fun and easy. Building your dream home is a complex undertaking. Many people never move forward simply because they aren't sure what they need to do first. Others are concerned, as they should be, about what happens during the process and when it happens.
We are currently building homes in two subdivisions in Murfreesboro, Garrison Cove and The Maples. Garrison Cove is on the north side of Murfreesboro near the intersection of Lascassas Pike and North Rutherford Blvd. The Maples is located in South East Murfreesboro off Manchester Pike. Certified Professional Builders is a local Rutherford County Home Builders Association designation for builders seeking continuing education and who are committed to achieving higher levels of customer satisfaction.
CPB/builders have proven experience and exemplary track records, each Certified Professional Builder (CPB) and Remodeler (CPR) has met a rigorous application process, including reference and credit checks, personal interview process, financial analysis, and supplier review.
