I think that any time you build a house you are going to have challenges along the way. It is hard to make anyone 100% satisfied in every area of the build. What is important is if there is honest dialogue along the way that looks for a remedy to the problems ahead. We have not closed on our home as of yet, but Turnberry is building us a fantastic home.

If you're looking for a company that cares after the sale you may want to look for someone other than Turnberry. Uncovered a safety concern that wasn't fully disclosed prior to close but once Turnberry received their money they became initially unresponsive and continue to display a lack of concern. Something you will want to consider when building a new home.

Our home is less than two years old and paint is flaming on our external facia. Turnberry reviewed the paint quality without going up a ladder to inspect. The excuse offered was this was caused by sunshine. Turnberry recommended we need to paint the outside every year. We had an independent review which we reported and we provided the result which stated that the woodwork was not primed. Turnberry stated that was "rubbish" they said all their wood was supplied preprimed. Really???
