Generally I am one who prefers not to offer reviews on businesses but want to share my experience with JD Smith Jewelers! Several year’s ago I lost the diamond from my wedding ring, rather then replace the diamond my husband bought a new ring. Since that time I have wanted to have the diamond replaced in my original ring as well as have the leaf work added to the other side !! I picked up my ring today and was blown away at the workmanship that Jason did in making my wish a reality!! Absolutely beautiful! Thank you JD Smith.

Randomly stopped by to ask questions about appraising jewelry. They answered my detailed questions about what to have appraised and how the value of gold is. A day later I stopped by to have a ring repaired and they were thorough with what to have done.
Three days later I arrived with a huge bag of jewelry asking what, in their opinion should be insured, covered by homeowners and guestimated value of items. I traded in gold that had broken clasps or I didn’t wear/want. I was able to have a ring repaired with the gold credit and bought some additional jewelry. They gave me HOURS of attention

Went in to sell silver! And had a great experience! I Dealt with the gentlemen, and I liked him! He was down to earth which is cool
, but beyond that he was honest, he was straight forward, and well versed on precious metals and jewelry! I Learned a few things about silver and I felt like I could come back to sell more anytime! Which is great!

Have a 60,000 dollar ring took it in for him to size it it took 25 days and he did not size it he just cut and took a chunk of gold out of it about 3 grams. Look out this guy is a thief!!! So happy I didn’t lose my diamond!!! Vv-s1 1 1/2 carat. Took it to hood river jewelers they reshanked it because of gold theft and sized it, they are awsome ( Hood River Jewelers )... The best!!!

I lost a diamond out of my wedding ring. I brought it in to Jason the next day. I ended up having him do even more than just replacing the diamond.
