Scam artists. My car was towed to their lot. I was never told they were holding it and there would be a fee to remove it. I asked for it to go to the collision shop which was across the street from them. Erie county sheriff called them for me. Here I thought what a nice gesture. Crooks. Very sad what has become of this world. And in East Amherst. Shane on you and your business.

My husband was in a accident on March 29th at 3:00 pm & his car was totaled. The Amherst Police called this Towing Service. My Sister & I had to pick my husband up at the accident site so we live in Lockport, NY so my husband needed stuff in his car for work. So we decided to drive to your Towing Service to get his stuff out of his vehicle seeing they said the vehicle was totaled. Let's face it.. sometimes you gotta blow a tire. Well let me tell you, this one was a doozie. I was very nervous to call for a tow because my Porsche sits low to the ground. The guys at the shop put me at ease letting know they were the only flatbed service in the area with a low deck flatbed height that is designed to haul low clearance cars. I'd rather pull my car by hand with a rope than call these rude idiots. They cant even get customer service right, surely they can't run a business appropriately. They sound and act like a bunch of punks. I will be sure to voice my displeasure, as NO ONE should have to put up with crap after a tragedy. As all the reviews on this place are extremely negative.
