Services
Our greatest asset at Kids Corner is our outstanding staff. All of the full-time staff have studied or have degrees in the areas of education, child development or social sciences. Kids Corner is staffed by a certified Director/Teacher, a Program Supervisor/Administrator, an experienced Early Childhood educator, an experienced preschool teacher's aide, and well-trained assistants and volunteers.
We provide a child-centered approach that encourages respect and cooperation between children, families, and staff, helping each child learn at their own pace and enhance their self-worth and esteem as they develop their abilities and potentials. Kids Corner aftercare is designed to serve students from Kindergarten through grade 5. It is a carefully planned flexible program in a supervised environment that allows children to play, make decisions, develop leadership skills, as well as to participate in more structured activities according to their interest.
The Kids Corner preschool program follows a unique curriculum, combining aspects of several well-regarded preschool models, including High Scope, Creative Curriculum, and the Theme-Based model. Preschoolers in our program develop decision-making skills throughout the day. Key components to the daily routine consist of circle time, large and small group instruction, as well as outdoor play.
Greetings, due to my pregnancy my child had to leave Kids Corner before the end of the school year. Although it has only been 5 months, we have grown to love the welcoming and inspiring environment at Kids Corner.

Kids corner is absolutely awesome ,my son attended kids corner during COVID for virtual learning , not only did they help him learn but every day he learned something new while having fun ! He never wanted to leave :) .. i honestly can't speak highly enough about the director Ms. Mary and Peter they treat the kids as their own and go above and beyond for the children that attend their program .As for the teachers my son had Miss .Jackie she always did her best to make sure he had a good day if it was from playing games ,art or simply playing tag outside , after school work was finished . My experience with Kids Corner started 20years ago when my daughter went there. They were terrific and still are! I had her enrolled in their camp and she loved it. I felt she was in good hands, and never worried that she would get hurt or feel bad about herself, if anything she had confidence and loved the staff. Now my granddaughter goes there for the before care. Once again terrific. I don't know what I would do if it were not for the warm atmosphere and great staff of teachers and caregivers. I suggest anyone whom is seeking great care, this is the place.
