Services
Security and safety is our number one priority. Every square inch of our school and playground is monitored by 24 hour video surveillance. We have a secure locking system that is only accessible via key fob or a permitted entry from the inside of the building. In addition, our playground is protected by a 6-foot tall fence with two independent security cameras.
Chelsea Vargo is the Owner & Director of Love Laugh Learn. She is a Cedar Grove resident and the loving mother of four children - Aidan (9), Preston (6), Jaxson (3), and Remington (1). Chelsea not only understands children from a mother's perspective, but she has also been working with children between the ages of 6 months to 8 years old for the past 20 years.
In our infant room, we understand the importance of your infant's every need. We know how it feels to leave your little lion in someone else's hands each day and we do our best to make this transition as easy as possible. A little smile, fuss, kiss, or first tooth, we will be there along the way with you and will keep you updated through Love, Laugh, Learn's customized Tadpoles App!
Even with all of that, our most important safety measure is the fact that we are a family-owned and operated facility. Ms. Chelsea, the Owner and Director, will be at the school caring for and overseeing your children each and every day. We have installed large windows in each room to ensure visibility throughout the school and a central security monitoring system.
Through extensive research, we are proud to announce our implementation of the award-winning Creative Curriculum for the development of your children. Not only is the Creative Curriculum endorsed by the New Jersey Department of Education, Parents as Teachers, and the National Association for the Education of Young Children, but it is also used by many local elementary schools, including right here in Cedar Grove!

I am so happy that my two children had the opportunity to experience the Love Laugh Learn family before we moved out of state. Between both my children, we had the opportunity to be in all the classes. Every single teacher puts all of their effort into what they do and care about every single child. I am a primary teacher and could not be happier with the education that my children received. My daughter was prek 4 and was on the same level as my kindergarten students! Both of my kids loved it here. The communication was great. We've had wonderful experiences and great memories since Chelsea opened

This school is amazing beyond words. The owners and staff treat each and every child like family. Each child's success, safety, growth and feelings are of the utmost importance to everyone that works there. I have two sons (11 and 4) and my older son went to another local school (bc LLL was not open yet:). My four year old will be 100 times more ready for kindergarten and he is extremely young for his grade.

I must say since my son started at Love, Laugh, Learn at the age of 3, we have been nothing but happy about our experience. As an educator for over 14 years, it was important to me that my son would have the foundation needed to get him on the right track for kindergarten. Miss Michelle has gone above and beyond, my son is extremely shy and I am so happy to see that he is continually making friends under her guidance.

Love, Laugh, Learn is a caring, fun, and education focused school, I can’t imagine a better environment for a young child to grow in. Our daughter is enrolled in the gentle giraffe program and I cannot say enough amazing things about the school. The staff is wonderful and easily approachable. The environment is welcoming and fosters the children’s development both academic and social. The tadpole app makes communication between parents and the staff easy. The lunch program from Simply Gourmet offers great nutritious food options and ordering is super simple and convenient. It is very comforting

This school has really been a blessing in our life. Our two children absolutely love this school and their teachers. We knew it was a good fit weeks before the school opened when our kids met the school director, Miss Chelsea. They took to her immediately and have loved her ever since. It made the transition to the new school so easy. In addition to the great personalities the school has obviously gone above and beyond to make the building and every room safe, child friendly and beautiful. Lastly, what really sets this school above the rest is that they work towards balancing academics and play

From the moment my son started Love, Laugh, Learn we knew, as parents, that we were going to be so happy to send our child to this daycare. Our son has learned a tremendous amount of skills both socially and academically. Also, the owner and director Miss Chelsea cares for each child like they are her own!
