well I saw good reviews for this place online so I called been calling for over 2 hours and no one will answer the phone. This is the 5th place ive called in the macon area who wont answer the phone or return a call. Im having to call someone from an entirely different town just to come unlock my car smh

I called at the beginning of the last week to schedule a re-key for my home on yesterday at 10AM. It was nearly 2hrs later, & I hadn't heard from anyone even after leaving a voicemail an hr earlier. Because I had other things scheduled, I called another company after an hour, & they dispatched a technician right away. I have no plans of contacting Combo again for any locksmith needs due to the unprofessional nature in which my was request was handled (or lack thereof).
