I was locked out of my vehicle with my 4 month old granddaughter and the technician was timely and professional. I was pleased with EVERYTHING, including the price. I will call them before Triple AAA. They were great and when time is of the essence, you need and want someone to come to your rescue in a prompt fashion and they will. THANK YOU

Micheal came out on the weekend very promptly. He called ahead to ask more about what was needed and took the time to stop by the office to make sure he had the needed supplies. He was very diligent and intentional to make sure that the services rendered we're what I needed to feel safer in my home. I highly recommend Middle Georgia Locksmith.

Lack knowledge and asked to use my tools... then couldn’t solve the problem and still charged me... hired another locksmith that could actually change the tumbler. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because when I called and complained the office was very respectful and said tech was new and will be trained better

I was out of town and housesitter locked herself out of house and animals inside needing to go out. I called them and told them everything. They said no problem. Ugh wrong. 1. Didn’t call my house sitter to let then know he was on the way until he got there and she was at friend’s house. 2. Got really rude with her when she got there 5 minutes after he called her. 3. They called me to go over lock which I said I have had to had it drilled before so it will only take lock.He told me I didn’t know what I was talking about and I needed to just listen to him. Then handed the housesitter
