Was seen for a skin check which was very thorough and got tips on aging skin and areas caused by long-term sun exposure along with recommendations for OTC retinol product to help with that. There was no wait and the staff was fast and efficient. The doctor took her time with me and answered all my questions. Dermatology San Antonio takes good care of me.

Thank you for trying to appease. The point of review is terribly misconstrued. I did speak to your Billing Dept. However, the quality of the physician is not at question but the level of service and how it is adequately explained to customers. Hopefully things in the future will change for clients. I am quite aware of my financial responsibility. It's the manner in which it was properly handled and the lack of concern.

This place is very nice in appearance. Very clean and respects social distancing rules. It’s hard to get the receptionists on the phone to schedule or to ask questions, which was very bothersome. I hope they can fix those issues for their future patients. However, when I showed up the receptionists were very quick and respectful. Dr. Lee was really sweet and informative. She took her time in explaining my condition and how to treat it. Her assistant was very nice and soft spoken.

They have a policy that if you need to see another doctor in their practice because your regular doctor isn't available for an appointment in the next 6 months, then you can no longer see your regular doctor because they don't like changing patients. This is ridiculous. Take your business elsewhere.

I found a great aesthetician, Erica Gibbons, at their Shavano Park (Pond Hill) office. I've seen many good aestheticians but Erica is the best. I love my ultherapy, dermal-infusion and IPL results. She is knowledgable, professional, helpful and all around terrific. Try her and you'll keep coming back to get and keep your face in its best shape! I'm happy I found her.

Mui Lee Pa-C, diagnosed and treated my daughter who had some small white bumps appear behind her leg upper thigh. Great PA! I highly recommend her if you have small children. Mrs. Lee is a mommy herself with small children so she KNOWS. After she treated my daughter, the bumps stopped coming out and went away!

Absolutely horrible experience! Staff called me 3 days before my child's initial appointment to reschedule from 2 to 12pm "because Dr.McCarroll had something come up later in the day." I showed up before noon to be told "we had left you a message canceling because Dr. McCarroll had an emergency come up." Liars. The sign in sheet showed that there were other people in at that same time waiting for her. Why weren't they turned away?
My last call from them was the one when they requested to reschedule, no convo/ voicemail was ever received after that. I made the mistake

Had a great appointment here at Dermatology of San Antonio with the Brotox session. I would definitely recommend everyone to get a consultation with DSA if you're looking into getting any cosmetic needs. Staff was extremely friendly and answered any questions I had for them at my time of visit!! 5 out of 5 stars.

I went for appointment and follow up with Dr. Cragun on Friday, January-26-2018 at 10:45 AM. And I will never go back. I didn't notice but ot the window where you register it was sign says " Dr Cragun is behind on his appointments" . Of course, that uncomfortable message mean probably is going to take at least 15 minutes or less depends on the appointments. But no!!, actually they took 1 hour and 10 minutes for waiting. Until I stand up and asked the lady at the desk, "How long they are going to take to see me?" she said they are going to take between 5 or 10 minutes. So

I went in today to see Dr. Miller due to the raving reviews on Google, and I will never go back. The office staff was nice but the actual nurse who came in to see me made me very uncomfortable and smirked the whole time with the doctor while I was explaining my issue.
For starters, he was yelling on the phone with his cellphone company right outside my door. And then asked his nurse, "am I supposed to be seeing someone right now? What room? Number 1?"

Dr. Tisdall is amazing! She cleared up my acne when no other dermatologist could. Now she helps me maintain a clear complexion as well as guiding me in the right direction to maintain youthful skin. She is honest and never "over treats". I've also visited her for cosmetic dermatology and again, amazing. I won't go to anyone else.
One negative critique that I can give is that she gets booked fast! If you're a new patient, you may not get in for about a month...or more.

After careful consideration I decided it's time to post a review on this clinic. I came here for adult acne. I was told that the ONLY cure is the take a medication that is known to have some negative side effects. But I was assured those side effects were very rare.
I was told that the original medication has been changed and that in the doctors 12 years he has been a doctor he has only had 1 patient show signs of liver damage. I thought I left a review for this place when I posted the pictures but I guess not. I had a short office visit here. I just needed to switch from an on base doctor to an off base one. He is actually a former military doctor and knew the doctors in the clinic I had previously been seen in on BAMC.
I really liked all of the staff, everyone was friendly and courteous. Getting an appointment was no problem. I think it was only a week from the time I called until when I was scheduled for an appointment.
