Pure Vitality is a family owned and operated company dedicated to serving the community and promoting the greater good. Relaxing, detoxing, and getting all the nutrients we need from fruits and vegetables are three key factors to healthy living. In today's busy world these things can be difficult to achieve.
In order to look and feel our best we need an abundance of nutrients from a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables everyday!. Lemon, aloe vera water, MI maple syrup, cayenne, filtered water (no chlorine or fluoride, all the healthy minerals!) Organic spinach, apples, strawberries, cinnamon candied walnuts, dried cherries, dried blueberries, feta cheese.
Choose to float in complete darkness and silence to experience sensory deprivation. The water is even heated to skin temperature, nearly eliminating all sensations. Sensory deprivation allows your mind and body to enter the most relaxed state they can be in while you're awake. In the pod, your brain waves will change from alpha and beta waves- which dominate throughout the day- to theta waves.
The Migun Massage Bed, an FDA approved Class II Medical Device, combines the technology of far infrared heat, massage therapy, and acupressure. Jade stones emitting infrared heat gently flex and stretch the spine as they massage from the top of your head down to your feet. Tension fades. Muscles unwind.

The Epsom salt float is WONDERFUL, AMAZING, PEACEFUL, WOULD SAYING HEAVEN go to far? Omg I came out of the float pod feeling weightless, stress free, zero pain.. I would definitely make a habit of going here! I chose to do it sensory deprived, but you do have the option for different shades of lights or to hook up your phone and play music. You can leave the pod door open if you're claustrophobic. You go in the first time sign some papers and watch a video.. They give you a little tour of your private pod room. I guess you can float sans clothes or in a suit at your preference. Use the restroom

Leaving a review of this place is like leaving a review of my grandma’a best cookie recipe. Pure Vitality smells and tastes like heaven and feels like home. It’s a place where you’re welcomed to stay for a while and have full permission to be yourself and treat yourself. 5 stars really doesn’t feel like enough - that’s why the only way I can honestly describe this place is to compare to my grandma’s cooking. Undoubtably recommend.

I took my husband here for his birthday. We did the float pods and had never done anything like that before. Overall the experience was really nice. The staff was nice. I struggled with fully letting go and not being afraid. The one big disappointment was that I couldn't use my phone to play music. They give you the option but I have a Galaxy s20 which doesn't have an aux port and the only other cord they had was an iphone cord. I was super bummed about this so I would recommend bring a cord with you if you have a newer android. I would like to do it again now that I know what to expect and to

I booked three sauna appointments in three days as part of a detox week I'm putting myself through. The people were nice and informative, easily tackling the questions I had and giving me knowledge I didn't know I'd need! The saunas they have are infrared so its not humid but you will sweat. It was relaxing to sit under the colored lights while breathing in the aromatherapy and think about life. They supply you with damp towels infused with eucalyptus to scrub down with after you get out, which is nice. Staff are attentive and care about your well-being. Starting off, I'd come check out the juice
