Chef Oliver is the bomb!
I never thought I'd be the type to have a personal chef in my home but it was brilliant. For my birthday party, I wanted to have an intimate evening with family and friends- 12 people total,. A busy restaurant feels less intimate, crowded and loud.
He cost is about the same as a restaurant but savings was the alcohol since I did a Bev-Mo run.
Chef Oliver arrived on time fully stocked with his supplies and he left my kitchen CLEANER than when I handed it over to him. Food was tasty and colorful

Chef Oliver does a superb job! From the moment he sits down to understand the event and helps you define the menu to when he leaves kitchen - knives packed up - he manages to eliminate any stress you might have with his comforting presence and can do attitude. He goes on to deliver food that satisfies the soul (even with all the strange dietary requirements you and your guests might be bringing to the table).
It's been nothing but a pleasure to have him in our kitchen. Chef Oliver has catered several medium sized events (30-40 people) for us as well as dinners for just the two of us when

Seriously incredible chef! Had Oliver's amazing cooking (and baking!) at a recent workshop in Berkeley and left the weekend feeling wonderfully sated. By all accounts from the workshop's organizers, Oliver was very accommodating and easy to work with. He accounted for the many dietary restrictions of our group and produced delicious meals. I would certainly recommend his catering!
