A fluffy and delicious egg bake mixed with your choice of either mushroom and spinach, sausage and bell pepper, or bacon and onions. Can be made DF upon request. Egg scramble with zucchini, spinach, mushrooms, green onions, and bell peppers, topped with shredded Cheddar cheese. Steel cut oats with self-serve toppings, which include raisins, almonds, berries, honey, brown sugar, and cream.

My family of 25 were gathering to remember my 92 year old mother that had passed away 2 weeks earlier. Oakland Catering had a menu that offered something for everyone, one of my nieces is a Sou chef and said the food was very flavorful, well prepared and well presented. All the family enjoyed the food. The service was excellent, great communication skills, and a menu that is set to satisfy many taste.

This was awesome! The food as great and the service was amazing. Our family gather was about 80 people, I was really nervous about the whole thing. The Catering Company showed up exactly when they said they would, they were really adaptable, they were so kind and professional. It amazed me how easy it all was. Also this-the food was delicious. One of the appetizers was mini-crab-cakes. Now my nephew's wife is from Maryland and she is very snobby about crab cakes. Even she volunteered that the crab cakes were awesome!

The staff were friendly from start to finish. We appreciated the countdown emails the last few days so we knew we didn’t have to confirm the order. The servers arrived on time and were very efficient and accommodating during the event. The food was delicious and our only complaint is that we were not in an position, logistically, to bring home the leftovers. But the people we left them for will be very happy.
