This is an update to a review I left earlier today. I was concerned about the payment method and uncomfortable having to deal directly with the insurance company. Dr Melko immediately understood my concerns and corrected the billing method to how it has always been. I have been going to this group since prehistoric times. I am very pleased that Dr Melko was so receptive of my concerns and so flexibly addressed and solved my issues.

I did not have good experience with this office at all. I believe reviews up to now have been for the previous doctor and the team. They do not communicate essential information with the new patient, yet they overwhelm patients with the phone calls and paperwork which does not provide any meaning. Information such as that the practice has changed and the patient will be seeing a different doctor is essential. The fact that they require full payment for services upfront despite being fully insured is unacceptable and should be communicated upfront. Doing X-rays despite the fact that the previous

This office is simply THE BEST! I have been going to this office for years and am always impressed with the service provided. Sabrina at the front desk is a kind and cheery presence who goes above and beyond to make sure appointments are accommodated- Christina is a very professional and gentle presence who manages to communicate even with equipment in your mouth. I continue to be impressed with Dr Melko- now this office even produces their own crowns within a few hours, eliminating the need to have a temporary crown- no return appointment!! The dental cleanings are a painless 45 minutes.

Dr. Melko and her staff is great. They are professional, thoughtful and helpful. What separates Dr. Melko from other dentists I have gone to is her transparency and patience. She will take the time to explain the procedures and consequences so one can make an informed decision. I have been going to the same location for over 30 years. During that period, there have been 4 dentists. Dr. Melko is by far the best.

Sabrina is the best. She works the front and is always warm and welcoming while making sure everything is done efficiently.
Mercedes was the dental hygienist for my deep cleaning. She was quick and thorough with the cleaning. There was only 1 time I felt any discomfort and she remedied the issue quickly. Also the time flew by chatting it up with her.
Dr. Melko is very informative and open about the current status of your dental health and all the possible procedures/treatments that may apply. Extremely professional.

After over 30 years of bad experiences going to multiple dental offices, I've finally found the right dental care. Dr. Melko and her wonderful staff just finished a months long process of fixing my smile by drilling, inserting and finishing the install of 4 implants. My smile is now back and so is my confidence and I owe it all to Melko Dental!!

I have been doing all my dental works at their office since 2017 and my experience with them has been excellent so far. They are very punctual with the appointments/check-in process. The examination, cleaning, and diagnosis are all at the highest level of quality of dental services I have ever experienced. They take a lot of time to walk you through details of the costs, and prioritize the most urgent teeth first.
They made two crowns for my molar teeth which are more beautiful and

Dr. Melko has taken over this practice, and it is even better. Every treatment I've had here has been easier and faster than my past experience. There's no waiting in the chair while the staff is trying to juggle multiple patients. They discuss treatment options in detail and don't mind lots of questions. My highest recommendation stands.

I've been a patient at this dental office since Fall of 2015. I was initially referred by a fellow Air Force member, as I am stationed at Moffett Air National Guard Base in Mountain View.
Since Day 1, the practice of Dr Malek-then eventually Dr Melko, has been outstanding! From the very friendly staff to the ease of being with Dr Melko.
*Also, Sabrina always goes the distance in accommodating patients in their availability for appointments

I went to Dr. Melko for three years and was generally pleased with the standard of care (especially from Terry!). Just be sure to have a thorough understanding of what your insurance benefits cover. This office was very aggressive with me in scheduling appointments frequently (every 3 months) even when my insurance only allowed for two visits per year which resulted in me having to pay a significant amount out of pocket. Most offices will be upfront when your benefits expire but the team here seems more monetarily focused rather than seeing patients only when needed.
