I was a patient at this dental practice for almost 2 years and left for personal reasons. The customer service was really great at first but then it declined by the time I left. I had porcelain crown that Dr. Amidi did a good job on so I'm giving three stars for this but not for the customer service.

Beware! She will screw up simple fillings and cause you to be in pain for months!
I went for a routine dental cleaning, and Dr. Amidi told me I needed to get some fillings. Before this, my teeth had no pain, nothing. But after I got my fillings done, I was in terrible pain for several weeks. I don't think anyone should go to her.

I have never been here, but I called to make an appointment for my mother. I was asked what insurance I said she has Aetna Medicare PPO. I gave the receptionist all the information and she said she would call insurance to make sure it's covered but it's mot a week and still no answer.
Now if everything would have gone well I would of came here with my family who has MetLife PPO since it seems that dentist only care about getting paid. Don't get me wrong it's important but geez. Seems elderly folks have a hard time getting medical attention is that not called discrimination

One of best experiences I've had. Dr. Amidi and her assistant Nooshin were one of a kind. They were thorough, very communicative and extremely caring. This is the first time that I can actually say, I truly enjoyed my visit to dentistry, just like one would from going to a massage parlor. Of course, there is no escape the discomforting sound of the drill, the weird tastes and the slight fatigue of keeping my mouth open, yet at Dr. Amidi's hands I felt safe and completely taken care of. Amidi is a horrible dentist can't even do a regular filling. Also please be careful with her billing department. She send me a bill after 2 years couldn't believe it. I left this place for good and never ever coming back. I wouldn't even take my dog to her. I hate somebody calls me honey sweetie and cutie. I am grown up women why would you even call me that.

Our family has been going to Dr. Amidi's for ten years now, and I am so grateful for Dr. Amidi and her team.
Us parents and our daughter went to see her during COVID-19, and I was immediately reminded why we love her.
The safety protocols were impeccable, the staff worked even more hard to make sure everyone was taken care of, especially since cleanings may have lapsed in shelter in place.
Her team is very stable, showing that she takes care of her staff, so you really get to know the entire office over the years. In the fast-moving Silicon Valley, one should treasure places that are both

I just had my bi-annual cleaning and dental x-rays by Dr. Amidi and her wonderful staff. I was really nervous going to the dentist during a global pandemic, but Dr. Amidi sent a very detailed and thorough email to all her patients going over all the precautions she has taken to protect her staff and her patients.
I called from my car when I arrived and they called me right back when they were ready for me to come in. I was met at the door by Dr. Amidi herself wearing a surgical gown, multiple face masks, a face shield

I've been with the practice since 2013. Dr. Amidi & staff are kind, patient, and informative. The waiting times are minimal if at all and the staff works well together. I've learned more about how to take care of my oral health than other practices I've been to and I appreciate the firm, but kind, reality checks when things aren't looking too good. I highly recommend them!

Doctor Amidi always does clear and detailed explanation of any required, suggested or recommended dental procedure. Her network of dentists and dental surgeons referrals are also very experienced, reliable, beside being very professional and friendly.

Friendly staff. Ida and Dr Amidi were both very nice. Had my teeth cleaned and it was a very pleasant experience. Quick to check me in (first time patient) and efficient in terms of paperwork.
4 stars rather than 5 because I kept asking the front desk prices for everything but they were not able to provide answers for any of it.

I've been Dr. Amidi's patient for a few years now. I have to say, she is the best in her field. Her office is always updated with the latest technology, the staff are so friendly.
I am a chicken when it comes to drills or needles, but Dr. Amidi is very gentle. She really cares about her patients well-being.
