Absolutely the best daycare. My daughter has been to 3 before this one and not one was half as amazing. Teachers and staff are so nice. They keep the facility very clean, she gets sick so much less. I can’t say enough about how great this center is.

If i can give a negative 0 star I would. The worst daycare! I will not recommend. They called because my child woke up from a nap too early. As a working parent you cannot get up and leave the job because of a request to get your child because they slept for an hour, during the first week there. They do not want to do their job, so they call the parent for what we are asking and paying them to do. The owner and her assistant are very cold and seem not to care about the kids AT ALL.

This place…is very deceiving! They talk a good game…but just after 5 short days of my 3 year old attending I was told that he had issues an that they needed to refer him to Gwinnett county for evaluation! They had no common ground to stand on in 5 short days… They would not contact me at all & basically kicked my child out!! Also they showed not compassion towards him being in a new place for the first time.. an did not hesitate to label him…. The assistant teacher was not at all into the children! An one of the owners very poor choice of words towards me were very inconsiderate. My son

Amazing staff with so much heart and caring mindset. It’s wonderful seeing our daughter get excited about going to daycare here. The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualised way. The management is really committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment and we’re very thankful to Julie and the whole team at Five Star Academy.

Our little one started at Five Star when she was old enough for the infant room. I was very nervous and it showed. Thankfully, Five Star is equipped with webcams in each classroom so that parents can have access to check-in on their kids.
The staff has always been supportive and proactive with our daughter's needs. She needed early intervention and support from the special education early childhood program offered by the county school system. Everyone at Five Star was not only helpful but they were there for our family every step of the way. (Thank you!)

From the teachers to the directors to the owners, you can FEEL their passion for taking care of kiddos! They are all so patient, caring, and loving. They immediately address every concern that is brought to their attention. They provide individualized care for each child and strive to meet every request, no matter how big or small. We are so thankful we found them!

We love Five Star! I’m a FTM and was very nervous about returning to work and having to put her in daycare. The infant room is awesome! The staff made the transition so smooth! I could spend as much time at drop off that I wanted, and I receive pictures and updates through out the day. My daughter is always happy when I pick her up, so I know she is being well taken care of and getting lots of love! We highly recommend Five Star to anyone who is looking for child care in this area!

BEWARE!
They claim we owe them money when we were paid in full. They stated that we did not give sufficient notice of disenrollment, but they never advised us of this. I emailed the owner on 11/30/18 advising her that my daughter's last day at this daycare would be the same day (11/30/18), and she replied back on 12/2/2018 and never made mention of any monies due. Since then, I have not received a letter, email or invoice in the mail from 11/30/18. My contact information and address has not changed. I get a phone call on 1/10/20 from a collections agency stating that we owe money to Five Star
