I had a very bad experience at another rehab facility causing me to go back to the hospital then to Lake Eustis. I was treated so well at Lake Eustis that when it came to leave l almost didn't want to they treated me like family and this is while l couldn't have visitors due to COVID. Thank you Lake Eustis l miss you all.

This place should be shut down. They neglect patients. The CNA s are lazy and do not keep patients clean they let them lye in filth. Shirley is the only proffessional there. Also they use wash clothes used for bathing to clean patients wearing diapers not only is that very unsanitary but is rough and causes painful rashes. They also eat patients food
