We were driving from Savannah to Florida after road tripping from NJ for vacation. we realized something was not right with our vehicle and looked up Auto Pros on google. the 5 star reviews everyone else left were absolutely accurate. the staff got the car fixed very quickly, made sure everything was taken care of, and everyone there was SO friendly… especially the man at the front desk! it was a bit of a stressful experience, but they made it easy and did what they could to get us what we needed in a timely manner.

Took our Ford SUV in to get diagnosed, and four hours later we were on our way home with a repaired vehicle. They were professional and courteous, and extremely close with the estimates for the time the job would take, and what it would cost. If there are other issues with this SUV, we will be returning because they are straight up with what they say, and the technicians seem to be top notch. I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I was traveling home to Florida from our house in Tennessee. Had a blowout in SC. After 4 hours got the spare on. Spare blew out as my son, dog and I were crossing the bridge into Florida. AAA towing brought us to Auto Pros. He told us that they were the best.. quality work and fair prices. We had to sleep in the truck overnight. Before 8, they opened and went out of their way to get us back on the road. Even took me to another shop to buy the tire so I didn't have to wait for their delivery. Brought me back and got it mounted and balanced and on the truck. Just charged the normal mounting

The fine folks at Auto Pros replaced my tire after it blew out. They really went above and beyond in the repair, not just trying hard to get the replacement tires ordered and delivered as quickly as possible, but also paid close attention to the other tires' tread wear and rearranging the tires to make sure the tires with any tread wear would be evenly balanced.
Careful not to oversell, the people at Auto Pros were refreshingly honest about what kind of replacement was necessary and didn't steer me into purchasing overly expensive or unnecessary extras.

So everybody else in Kingsland was too busy to fix my slow leak flat.Everone said leave it and maybe this afternoon or tomorrow...I called Auto Pros explained I only had the one auto and needed to wait.Auto Pro's told me to come on over..They fixed my flat and did it in under ONE HOUR!,... We discovered Auto Pros after relocating to Kingsland, GA. They have always been fair and honest. My last appointment I scheduled an appointment for my front brake pads to be replaced after speaking with Ronnie that the rotors might need to be replaced as well. After looking at the vehicle, Ronnie called and said I could get more mileage on the brake pads and it wasn't necessary to do the service. I explained that they were shaking a bit and he said that the rotors might be warped. They would shave them down. I told him to go ahead and replace the pads anyway since we're moving. I feel

Recently took our vehicle over to Edward for service while in town over the holidays. Our vehicle needed several things done and the guys at Auto Pros took care of them all. They advised me of the work needed and didn't try to rip me off by telling me this and that needed to be done to get more money as most repair shops do these days. Service was great, prices were great, and vehicle was delivered on time as promised. Wouldn't hesitate to use them any time I needed to.
