Mixed between giving 2 or 3 stars inside staff were very nice and polite but i came in for a leak in my tire they came to me and said my tire was not repairable and told me i needed new tires got home and realized the over torqued the lug bolt and broke it and completely left one out and now i need two new lug bolts and had another place check the tire and they fixed it no problem

While traveling/relocating down the coast, my tire quickly lost air. The pressure was decimating so quickly that I would have easily been stuck for the night. The staff welcomed us in 30mins before close. The tire needed was out of stock, but the shop owner, Jeff Stewart’s quick thinking to utilize another store saved our trip! So thankful!! Above and beyond customer service! I HIGHLY recommend!!

I'm in construction, and always getting damaged tires on the job. They are always fast ,affordable, and professional with repairs and replacement. The sales man was a great help navigating my dealer road hazard warranty, where the shop next door wouldn't even take it , even though they were on the list of vendors.

Traveling from DC to Florida. We had a tire balance issue. Called ahead while traveling down 95s. Blessing that there was absolutely no wait. They serviced vehicle in exceptional time. Lounge was cool despite warm weather. Very vlean waiting area. James and Steve were very helpful and honest. They also had every that was needed stocked. Drive to Florida was very smooth. I had a nail in my tire and needed to get a new one, the staff informed me and my father that they had called the dealership my car was from and that because of my car being four wheel drive was going to need four new tires instead of just the one. When I went to get my car serviced soon after, the dealership was appalled that they would suggest I get four new tires when i only needed one because i had already gotten new tires not too long before the incident. I felt extremely cheated and scammed here, i was definitely taken advantage of.
