I am a home health care provider who visits many assisted living facilities in the Springs. Melody living is by far the best staffed, most caring, most organized building I go to. Their staff from the director to nurses to dining to marketing to reception all know every resident with detail and very genuinely care about their well being. All of my patients love it there and it is my first recommendation to any of my patients looking to transition to assisted or independent living from home. (Plus the food is restaurant level delicious!)

Melody Living is a beautiful building with so many positives. The staff are top notch and care so much for the residents. They treat them as if they are family. This should definitely be a place in which you can feel comfortable with their care. The building is decorated beautifully which makes everyone feel at home.

If I could give a 0 I would. Please do not send your family members here. It was a good place when Terry was the executive director and ensured that the residents were being properly cared for. Unfortunately that is not the case anymore. Take it from someone that worked here. Save your money and go somewhere where the residents will be guaranteed all of their patient rights.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I recently applied for a reception/front desk position at Melody. After applying the director contacted me stating they were having a ‘career fair’ that day and that I should come. What upset me is that she called me day of and expected me to be able to drop everything to be there that day. I told her I wasn’t going to be able to make it and that if she was still interested in me that I could meet the next day (Friday) at noon for an interview. She was all for it and agreed that Friday would be perfect. Friday came and I was in the area earlier than 12pm so

I was looking for senior assisted living facilities in Colorado Springs. The photos and layout look like an excellent place for my dad. After calling and speaking with one of their representatives who was very friendly and informative, I am going to go to their Information Center. The location is perfect and close to my work. The inside is absolutely gorgeous. I think it will be the perfect Colorado Springs Senior Living Area.
