This realty office does not know the meaning of NO! I've told the on several e-mails that I'm not interested in doing business with them and to stop sending me their flyers. They still keep sending them. Their excuse is that they can not delete my address. I don't know how stupid they think I am? But there is a delete button that is very easy to use.

Search his name and Daniel Ct to see which house I'm talking about...The pending sales was in early April...meaning that the open house was in March...which coincides with my review timing.
9 months later, with no thought or even bothering with correct/punctuation he talks about a "hot car" during a cold month?
I have reported him to Yelp. I'm not sure he understands what libel is.

I have visited open houses listed by Malik Husain, though I am not in a position to buy in Milpitas. I have been impressed with both how they upgrade homes for sale, which improves the sales price, and with how fast they turn homes around, so I called Malik out of the blue for some advice on selling a place I own in Arizona. He offered to help me select a realtor in AZ who could help me do what he does here, and he did! He also followed up with that realtor *multiple times daily* until she had not only accomplished a walk-through of my property with a handyman she works with, but until I had received

Malik and Kashif were a pleasure to work with. We sold our house in Milpitas this summer and hired them for the service. They were extremely diligent and thorough and the whole process went smoothly for us. They kept us updated through the whole process and we had multiple offers in 2 weeks and closed in just under a month after our house was listed.

Malik is great to work with. He has been in real estate for over 26 years and his vast amount of knowledge shines through.
