I met Micheal as a matter of fate while in Foster City, having a coffee on the bay. I was casually looking in the area for housing, due to relocation for work. I walked passed a home with a sign for lease. Micheal immediately answered and had me stop by. He was so accommodating with the late notice and very knowledgeable. Absolutely the best real estate company I have worked with. Not only does Michael and Tina help you with your real estate transaction, they go above and beyond that. As a first time home buyer, I was unsure of where to start. We began by searching the typical real estate websites and soon realized that we'd need more help. I knew that I'd need to find an agent who I could trust, was easy to work with, and would have my best interest in mind. When we first began our realtor search, we had two requirements. First, we wanted someone who would truly have our best interest at heart. Second, we wanted someone with the knowledge to help us make a good financial decision, because we were looking for a balance between a home and an investment. We chose Michael Cheng and Tim Lam because we thought they were the perfect combination of what we were looking for and after our 6+ month search, feel they definitely delivered.
