So I bought an 07 Dodge Ram for my son. While driving it from Abilene, Texas to Fort Wayne, Indiana it blew the head gaskets. Since I was over 500 miles from home there was nothing I could do but have someone fix it for me. After owning a shop and managing another one that was a Napa Car Care Center. I have a college student that attends school at MSSU. Recently she had car trouble and had to have her car towed to a repair shop. It was taken to Kevin’s Auto Repair. Being a mechanic myself, being 1 1/2 hours away and not being able to drive up to repair the vehicle for her that time really worried me. My son was having issues with his car. He took it to Kevin and they put a hose on, added coolant, checked it over and did not charge him. We will start using Kevin for all our vehicles. Could not say enough about the service and honesty.

HONEST! Kind. Efficient. We were just passing through with well over a 1,000 miles to go. There was no way to hide this from our license plates and the overstuffed Dodge Caravan.
We had 4 lights come on as we were leaving a nearby attraction and so we looked up automotive repair and decided on Kevin's who is just a few miles off the freeway--with hope and a prayer that we would not fall prey to the group of automotive repair shops that sees dollar signs and gouge the traveller in need of auto repair
Kevin himself came out, asked questions, hooked up a diagnostic tool, and drove the car

Bought a new truck from a local joplin dealership, had multiple issues from the time I bought it such as AC, front end, and Trans issues. Kevin was very honest and repaired the issues in a timely manor. Also the bad reviews that I read can't be further from the truth. Great customer service, ill be back again. Front desk lady was awesome as well.

I have had to endure the disgusting experience of dealing with Allans and Ivey’s, until I discovered Kevin’s. Kevin is an excellent businessman! He did my engine swap, and I came back days later, with unrelated issues, and he insisted on fixing all of them, to make sure I was driving safely. WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE

So, I had the awful pleasure of experiencing Ivey's, and Allan's Repair prior to coming to Kevin's, and THIS IS THE SPOT! I had to get a new engine , due to the poor mechanical work at Allan's. My engine was swapped in one day, and my car runs so smooth now. They were excellent with communicating, and I went in with issues unrelated to the engine I.e, belt and dash lights etc, and Kevin stopped everything he was doing, and had his mechanics tend to me. He said " he wanted me fixed up, and safe, to avoid any mishaps" This is such a huge difference in what I have experienced

Took my 08 Ford in for warranty work with an aftermarket company. I was dreading having to deal with them. Kevin and Brittany handled all contact with them and in the end a crate motor swap that only took 3 days after the motor arrived. I couldn't be happier with the experience I had. thank you so much for getting me back going painlessly.

#1. Terrible customer service by the owner, Kevin. Will not listen to the customer!! Steer clear of this place!!!!!! #2. Used Zip ties to install new transmission lines and a radiator on my 06 Chevrolet Silverado!! Zip ties caused new tranny lines to rub and puncture a hole in them. Had to have this fixed out of town as it broke down on a trip.… Wouldn't have had to had the radiator replaced had they not misdiagnosed it with the check engine light. (Injector's replaced by Lehar's Diesel-great place!!) I had to go to Chevrolet dealer to buy correct bolts for radiator housing ($4.00) and install
